Update to our Health Information Privacy Statement

 We’ve updated our privacy statement to reflect new requirements introduced under Rule 3A of the Health Information Privacy Code, set by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Alongside information we collect from you directly, we sometimes receive health information about you from other sources — such as a hospital, specialist, laboratory, or other health provider — as part of your ongoing care.

Our updated Health Information Privacy Statement explains what this involves, why it happens, and your rights to access or correct your information.
