Please include your surname, initials and chart number which can be found on your statement. If you do not have your chart number please phone reception who will be able to give this to you.

Generally, consultations are paid for at the time of your visit but if you prefer we will send you an account at the end of the month which is payable by the 20th of the next month. There is a $3 charge for this.
If you have any issues with payments or accounts, please do contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss options with you.
All accounts unpaid by the end of each month will result in a billing fee when an account statement is sent out on the last day of each month.
