Your time is valuable! You don’t need to spend it trying to arrange and rearrange doctor’s visits or appointments.
At MHC, making an appointment is easy and there are several ways you can do so. They are:
We will always deal with urgent problems immediately but your usual GP might not be able to see you. If so, we will make an appointment for you with a doctor who is available.
If you have a child who is sick please call us straightaway and let us know the appointment is required for a sick child.
Whenever possible, please arrive early for your appointment in case your doctor can see you earlier than scheduled (it does happen sometimes!).
If you can’t keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We can then give your appointment to someone who needs to see a doctor urgently.
Sometimes our doctors run a bit behind when there is an emergency so please be patient and we will see you as soon as possible.
