making a complaint

At some stage in your relationship with the Mornington Health Centre, you may feel that you have a genuine reason to complain about the service that you did or did not receive, or the manner in which your particular problem was dealt with.

In the first instance, please approach your doctor and tell them of your concerns. Alternatively, you may wish to contact the Practice Manager.

They will contact you to investigate your complaint. They will involve you in the process and in any remedial action that is taken.
