My family came to New Zealand when I was 10 years year old – the year we won the Rugby World Cup. We lived in South Auckland initially and moved to Dunedin when I was 15.
After completing high school at OBHS in 1996, I studied physiotherapy at Otago University and worked for 2 years as a Physio before attending medical school in 2003.
I completed a postgraduate diploma in sports medicine in 2005 and graduated from medical school in 2007. I have worked at the Dunedin Public Hospital since and started general practice at Mornington Health Centre in 2010.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, reading, watching sports and running. |
